Shipping an item of jewellery
All products will be delivered to members in the UK via Royal Mail Special Delivery for a fee of £12.95 per order. This delivery fee, which will be billed to your credit or debit card, covers both the delivery of the product to as well as the subsequent return by you. Full transit insurance for the product up to its replacement fee is also included in the delivery fee. A prepaid Royal Mail Special Delivery ticket will be included with each product delivery for you to use in return the product to us.

Returning an item of jewellery
When the candles have been blown out, the celebrations are over and it's time to return your item of jewellery, simply pack it in it's original packaging and ensure it is properly sealed. Affix the return address label and, if sending from the UK, Royal Mail Special Delivery label provided to you when the item of jewellery was first delivered. Take the package to any Royal Mail Post Office for return to RENT YOUR ROCKS®. Customers returning items from the EU do so at their own cost and risk, as there is no facility available for us to offer a return service via Royal Mail at present, and should do so by air, via their local Post Office.

We will notify you by email of the despatch and receipt of your rented jewellery. If you fail to return a product to us by the due date for return notified to you, we reserve the right to treat the product as lost and charge youwith the full replacement fee (as detailed within the Terms and Conditions)

On receipt of all products hired to you, we will return your security holding deposit to your card immediately.

Rented Jewellery
Luxury jewellery items that are rented from RENT YOUR ROCKS®, either weekly or monthly, are inspected prior to despatch by a qualified jeweller, and will only be rented out if ther are in a good condition. Due to the nature of renting luxury jewellery, members are not able to obtain a refund on the monies spent renting any of the items of jewellery from our collection. If a member is unhappy with any aspect of RENT YOUR ROCKS' service, please contact us at enquiries@rentyourrocks.com and we will consider each individual case.
